Fattoush Salad

I made this tonight for our belated Passover Seder. It was soooooo good. I'll be making this salad again and again.
This is a "bread salad", traditionally done with stale bread or pita that is seasoned and toasted. I did it with matzah that I brushed with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder and salt and toasted. But you could skip the bread and just make the salad. The dressing is great and go invest in the sumac. It's citrus-y. I also added chopped radishes to my salad.
