Help on bulking up

am 185 pounds my diet is pretty boring


Meal 1 Whey protein in moring with oats and toast

Meal 2 Rice and chicken
Meal 3 Rice and tuna
Meal 4 Rice and beef

Meal 5 Family meal what ever my mum cooks haha

Meal 6 Rice and chicken

Meal 7 Protein shake then bed

Wake up about 1 or 2 have shake then back to bed


Plus drink about 2-4 pints of milk

Above is my diet I am 185 pounds looking to get to 200-250 I need help advice aint been able to put on any more size please help
