    I really liked this araticle beacause it tells you how you can enjoy food from your favotire fast food places without eating food that is really bad fro you. I think a lot of people wouldbenefit form an article like this because so many peopl just say screw heathly when they go out to eat.

    This is awesome because I always go to Subway and never know what to get that wont send me over my calorie limit.
