I think I'm going to order the JM Body Revolution I need something new and a new focus for the last few months xx

So I have found something on BodyBuilding.com to help a plateau I seem to have hit!! Lee Labrada lean body 12 week plan!! As you know I have 12 weeks to go until my holiday and lees workouts fit in nicely with the PT sessions that start in May!!
I feel bad on JM but I think my body needs a shake up!! I don't have much more to lose really and I think I need to up the anti to shake the last ten pounds :-) :-)
I am still going to log you guys continue doing JM or if you want to do something different feel free just let us know!! Its all about whast the body needs and we are different sand reach different stages at different times!! Wish me luck I will have to go stand in the heavy weight smelly boy section of the gym :-(0 -

@ Katie - I found that article as well!!!! I have it bookmarked to complete after NROL. I also believe I will be venturing away from JM next week. I have been trying to keep up with the JM workouts and my weight lifting, but I think I am starting to bombard myself a little to much. I think for the rest of April I am just going to concentrate on the SAAC challenge and NROL.0 -

I am not going to be able to continue with SAAC because of my knees. I was hopeful because I am finally at a point where I can do squats with my thighs parallel to the floor, which is a big improvement over where I started in January. But after about 15 reps I have to stop or it gets too painful for my knees. I should probably mention it to my doctor but I was hoping it would go away after I started getting stronger.0
