Is this normal?

Hi all,
I've started my reset on the 8th of February. During this time I've been tracking my weight daily just to get an idea of how my body responds to different factor. Also I was hoping by doing this to determine my correct TDEE.
I lift 4 times a week. Since the beginning I've continued upping my cals. From 2177 to 2350.
At first there was a gain ( which I expected...)
Then, after watching Kiki's vid on bulking ....so her fault , I decided to upp my cals once again to 2500 in order
to bulk.
I noticed that when I did that, the first couple of days my body kept asking for even more food! It took a couple of days before I was sticking to the actual 2500.
But now my weight started coming down, slowly but still, so I upped again to 2700 as of yesterday.
And now I still feel like my body wants more!!! Huh?! Could it be my body needs time to adjust again?
Or should I eat more??? I don't think so but thought it was best to ask, since I am new to this.
Like mentioned before I don't really care about the gain on the scale. I know this is good to do and ofcourse hope
to gain some muscle. Not looking forward to cut as I cannot imagine eating less at this point.
Thanks for any advice,
Imaan

I asked a similar question recently and the answer that I got was to pick a number and stick there for a few weeks and see what the scale does over that time period. If you are doing a bulk though... still hard to know if you are bulking if you don't know if you are truly at your TDEE yet. I guess time will tell.0
