Putting in calories for each JMBR workout

How are y'all figuring your calories for each particular workout? I am starting this afternoon and don't know how I plan to do this.

    I think most of us just use circuit training if you don't have a HRM. I don't eat back my exercise calories and I don't think that most of us on this thread do, so I just log it so that I am logging my workouts. GOOD LUCK - It is an AWESOME program!! 23 lbs down and 12 inches after phases 1 & 2 :)

    I'm using circuit training like I did for 30 Day Shred but I finally broke down and purchased an HRM, so excited it will be here Wednesday!

    I am using Circuit Training, for 30 minutes and always show about 250 calories per work out. I love it, on Phase 2 now. Lost about 4 pounds and many inches!.
