Turbo Fire Week 13 (04/01 - 04/07)

This is the final month of Turbo Fire!!! Yay!!! I love it so I will continue to do the workouts. How about you? These last 4 weeks of Turbo Fire will be the Advanced Cardio workouts. Let's push like never before to go out with a bang. Let's make a difference between our before, mid-point and final photos. We can do this!!

Because we are doing the advanced cardio for these last 4 months, I will not give us workout challenges to do. But I will give us healthy food related challenges. So for this week, post a recipe or meal (when possible, include a photo). It doesn't have to be one that you have tried. But if you make a yummy meal and want to share with us, please feel free to do so. If you decided to post a photo of a meal, give us a description of what it is. And don't forget to post which Turbo Fire workout you did. Each challenge worth 50 pts.

Tues: Grilled Chicken

    Lol. I looked in my freezer and....No Tilapia!! So I missed it too. I might get it in on Sat though.

I had lots of greens yesterday and once again did not take a picture. (My family started doing the Insanity Program on Monday) They are all going to get fit. Yeah finally!! :)

    2 hard boiled eggs
    Maple & brown sugar oatmeal
    10 black seedless grapes
    1 banana

    Sat: OH MY...went to Red Lobster (my favorite place). I had fish, broccoli, mashed potatoes and caramel cheesecake and 2 glasses of wine. (not a good dinner, but you know what, I enjoyed it and I will just have to work it off this week)

    Sun: rest day and I rate myself a B because most of the week I was great except for saturday dinner.:happy:
