I haven't posted in the last week or two and won't be for probably another 6-7 weeks. I'm in the first segment of NROWLFW since I decided I wanted fat loss rather than just weight loss. After I finish this segment I'll be checking in periodically again.

Good luck with the program. Weight lifting sometimes makes me add weight for a few weeks, but then it starts to go the other weigh. I'm sure you will do great.0
