Recalculate?

Due to recent events (long story short, truck hit a utility pole taking out much of our electronics, appliances, furnace and I have been dealing with them and insurance companies, etc)

I haven't been able to exercise as much as I used to (at all really) this past week or so. Should I drop my TDEE to compensate for lack of extra exercise? Normally I have my exercise level at moderate; should I drop it to light until I can get a new wii/DVD player and start exercising again?

I am still resetting (through the end of May is my target - 12 weeks).

Thanks!

You should always eat correctly for your level of exercise. Skill that must be learned for future success.

Because your TDEE, if you think about what that acronym means, is lower already.
