    CW 207

    I gained about half a pound this week, but you know the cool thing is that I've lost 2 inches on my waist and 1 on my hips.

    I'm not gasping for air after doing 30 minutes of cardio and can sprint about 4 blocks rather than the 1 I was doing when I started 1 month ago. Things are getting better I just need to keep at it and I feel that the weight isn't always the best indicator, it's the final number.

    Glad to see everyone is keeping at it!

    4 week challenge goal of 182 (8 lbs).

    3/13 = Starting Weight – 190
    3/20 = 182.6
    3/27 = 183
    4/3 = 183
    4/10 =

    Luckily I set my goal at 8 lbs and not higher since the last couple weeks are not the best!

    Hey, losing 7 pounds in three weeks is not bad! Congrats! I bet it will go down again this coming week!

    i may not make my goal i set but i can deffinetly see my body changing, and thats fine with me as long as the scale isnt going up im happy!

    Good morning all ! One more week to go and I just reached my goal already... so I'll add another 1.4 lbs loss for next week, just to keep it fun

    SW: 226

    Original goal weight: 219 ( loss of 7 lbs )

    CW: 218.4 !!!!!!
