This is my 3rd week on Dukan and was doing great until Spring Break and travel got in the way. Still love it and am back on track today. I have been looking for protein powders and found "About Time" it has zero carbs, zero fat, and no added junk and honestly looks WAY TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Has anyone tried it?

    So , protein powders aren't on the Dukan Plan, but I have resorted to them while traveling, I do admit, once I got on stabilization.

    I like Isopure zero carb creamy vanilla. Mixes well and tastes great.
