    Hello everyone! My name is Tracey, age 42, mother of 2, son-16, dgt.-14. I am looking to get back to my PPW! (PRE-PREGNANCY WEIGHT) haha! I just started the 17 Day Diet on Monday SW 148.8 CW 145.8 (as of this am) and GW 130 (would settle for 135)! I am a PEAR-shaped shorty with big hips, thighs, and butt! I am a Healthcare Rep. at my local hospital and I am on my feet a lot seeing pts, so my legs swell! I know I don't drink enough water..often forget to log it! I would like support of what I can eat to help lose weight and not swell. Right now on Cycle 1 Day 4 of 17DD and it's just lean proteins, green veggies, 2 fruits before 2pm, 2 probotics per day and drink green tea! (I've been fighting the sugar/carb tempations all week!) I like to walk for an hour, run, crossramp, and little strength traininig exercies maybe 3-4 days wk. I know I should do more than that! Just need encouragement!
