Before and after picture really motivates me, so I will be posting all that Insanity success pix I can find here to motivate you guys also.
Please note these are pix of people who claim to have gotten fit using Insanity, I don't know for a fact, nor do I know if they did other workouts before, during or along with Insanity to gain these results. Either way I hope they motivate you to dig deeper.
