Southwest Ranch dressing

1/2 cup mayo(i used light miracle whip)
1/2 cup sour cream(i used light)
2 Tbsp. milk(i used 1%)
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. canned jalapeno, minced or 1 fresh deseeded and veined and minced super fine
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
I run this thru the blender and yes it tastes like the real deal in those kits
or you can take fat free ranch dressing and add hot pepper sauce,cumin and the jalapeno and whirl in the blender or I tried adobe chillies in sauce and deseeded it and tossed in with a little of the sauce I used 1/2 tsp you can add more if you like it spicy
this is what I tossed the dressing with 2 cups romaine lettuce or salad mix,(1/8 cup black beans,1/8 cup of frozen corn and 3 ounces of diced chicken and 1 small pepper chopped fine)(i nuked the ingredients in ( ) for 1 and 1/2 minutes .Passed the families taste test they said it tatsted like the Lean cuisine kind or Mc D's dressing.I topped mine with 3 crushed tortilla chips.Was about 220 calories (i checked 3 places) for a 2 cup serving

we tried both recipes I posted and both were really similar and yummy .We dipped a lettuce leaf in it and tasted then my kids ate the rest in a big salad as a snack.Ahhh the joys of teenage boys that will eat anything LOL0
