Lunches that don't require refrigerator or microwave

I'm trying to figure out what I can bring to work for lunch but I do not have access to anything that will keep my food cold or heat it up, which really sucks.. Does anyone have any ideas/tips/recommendations? I do have a lunch bag that I bring with an ice pack in it, so maybe that will help.
