Day 1 recipe

1 banana
3 kale leaves
handful of parsley
1 knob of ginger
1 cup of coconut water (regular water will do too)
1 tbsp flax seed (Optional: you can also use chia or hemp)

Ginger flavor was pretty strong but downed it anyways!
