Day 2 smoothie recipe

handful of parsley
1 cup of greens (your choice - I did spinach but lettuce or kale will work too)
2 cups of blueberries
1 to 2 cups of coconut water or water
1 tbsp flax seed (optional)

I love this one! Parsley flavor at first but tolerable :drinker: cheers!
