My favorite part about this app is that you can tailor it to you. I've done this program before so i know where I feel comfortable starting, so this week I am starting in Week 3 run 3.

This week I started Week One - again. This will be my 3rd or 4th time since installing the app years ago. I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back which caused me to stop running and gain back 50 of the 80lb I lost. In the last year I have developed osteoarthritis in my hips. It makes running extremely painful. This year I started a low carb diet which had greatly reduced the inflammation, which helps the pain. I just finished a 6 week iFit Jillian Michaels Treadmill program so I thought maybe now would be a good time as any.
Sunday will be the start of my week 2 according to the app, but Sunday is usually my only rest day.
