How is it going for everyone? I'm really hungry today but not cracked yet :D

    Went well for me.Banana helped when i got hungry n nuts n dried fruits helped.i found that the water helps too! I think sometimes that it is a mind game.we so use to eating all this junk and we trick ourselves thinkin we hungry n that too for junk!Be strong!Load up on the good stuff

    Still going strong and found a way to beat my chip cravings...baked kale chips. Just kale, a little oil, a little sea salt, and the oven at 350 degrees is pure heaven (You have to watch them as these cook pretty quick). These are not new, I know, but I tried them yesterday and I loved them. To keep myself on track, I've basically had the same menu everyday with minor variations for a little variety. Next week will probably be a different menu with minor variations from day to day and I'll just eat that way until I get bored. Great challenge. Pretty easy so far.

    Going great for me so far. Had Kashi cereal with skim milk for breakfast (after my coffee) and just had a shrimp salad for lunch.

    kale chips I have heard of those, I should try them.

    Today has been good so far. Tonight is "date night" going to go out and drink WATER!!

    Try celery and hummus or peanut butter. You have to eat it slow and it has that crunch that we are all looking for in chips.
