Today was the day!! After two (warm-up) attempts, I did it today. I was starting to get worried as this was only the 2nd day I have had to repeat, and a little down. But then I realized if I didn't keep trying, I would never know.
Plus I read a lot on here from people who said it was the hardest day of the program, I'll let you know in 3 weeks...
Thanks for all the knowledge and support in this group!

You are fabulous! It is a hard run, but you accomplished it. And that is a success that you will always have.

YOU RAN FOR 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT! You! You did it! Be proud.

That's awesome!!! I'm still on week 3, so I'll let you know when I get to week 5 how it goes for me. I did, however, run (not as part of the program, but to catch up to my hubby after a pit stop) for 2.5 minutes last night non-stop, walked for a minute, then ran for another minute. Unbeknownst to me...the little twit was RUNNING when I couldn't see him, making me to SO much more than I thought I would have to! But, I did it; I survived, and I was still breathing!

Congrats! I'm on W5D3 tomorrow. I'm nervous but I'm getting my mind ready for it. The last few runs have been 15-16 minutes of jogging. if I can do that, i can do 20!

Stephanie - you can totally do 20. Just slow down and don't think about the time.
