I want to make a half batch of this: http://wholenaturallife.com/2012/09/17/cinnamon-butter-bites-gaps-friendly/
This is the info for the whole thing:
Calories: 3800
Carbs: 40
Fat: 418
Protein: 0
Sugar: 17
So, how big would you make your portions?
1tbsp = 11 g fat, 100 Cal, and 1.25 g carbs, if I did everything correctly.
Does that sound like a useful fat bomb? Should I make them smaller, say in teaspoons instead?
1tsp = 3.67 g fat, 33.33 Cal, .42 g carbs

I have one that's even higher in cals 4300 with 37G carbs, 438g fat and I split it into 30 candy molds. My individual serving sizes are WAY more than 2TBSP in each cup, and I get 143 calories each cup. I think 100 calories/tbsp is a high estimate. Can you not use the recipe builder to calculate a more precise number? Sorry I wasn't much of a help was I? lol0

I entered the pound container of Kerrygold butter into the little food search. It told me it was 100 calories per tbsp.
Serving Size - 1Tbsp (14g)
Servings Per Container 38
Calories 100
Total Fat 11g
Saturated Fat 7g
I verified it on the package, as well.0 -
I was assuming I'd end up with 38 Tbsp servings, since I was starting with 38 Tbsp of butter.0
