Hello, my name is Becca and my hubby told me I needed to check out this group.

My story...
About 2 years ago I was in one sad state and decided to do something about it. Of course I didnt know what the HECK I was doing so ended up eating like a bird and doing loads of cardio. Ended up screwing myself over big time. Found the group Eat More 2 Weigh Less on MFP and started applying their principles, got through my plateau and I'm down 100 lbs. Its been kind of an emotional journey for me, lots of crap to work through in the process.
Heavy weights are therapy. I love it!!! Doing my first PL meet in May with my hubs forgage. Cant wait. Currently we are doing the Cube Method, going very well.

My 1 RM right now are :
Squat 250
Bench 150
OHP 105
Deadlift 265

Should prob mention I dont generally accept FR from guys unless they are family, nothing personal just tryin to keep the drama down :)
