What made you decide between the two? Or do you put desk job and log activity?

Light activity is 1-3 hours of exercise a week, moderate is 3-5 hours. I think I am at about 3 hours per week, but when the weather eats warm I will definitely be at 5, so for now I am at light activity.0

That's what I'm wondering, did you base it on the hours, the actual activities you do, etc what made you decide0
-
I based it on the amount of hours I am actively exercising per week.0
-
I average 6-9 hours a week, so moderate?0

I was looking last night and wonder if I should do ever higher than moderate??0

I received a response from Lucia regarding my activtity... Currently I do workouts on my lunch break and average 25 minutes 5 days a week. She stated that was 2 1/2 hours per week and that I was light activity. I do lift weights and interval jogging, but not enough to burn a significant amount of calories like you would at a 45-60 minute Zumba class.0

Don't shoot yourself in the metabolism. The process is to help you eat with reasonable deficit. Which is based on how much you burn on avg.
Is 6-9 hrs more than 3-5?
Side point - And is all that being done for weight loss purposes?
Frequent intense exercise is counter productive to fat and weight loss - because it's a stress to the body along with diet, means you should actually take less deficit.
Could do it eating maintenance probably without issue - though even there pro's have coaches to confirm they workout smart and not over-train - even though it still happens sometimes.
Now walking counts about 1/2 time.
Or just get a better estimate, because indeed, 1 hr walking is not the same as 1 hr running as 1 hr lifting.

Looks like one step above moderate, but i'm still new in the game. 6-9 hours is your key..
1-3 hours Light
3-5 hours Moderate
6-9-- that's you right?0 -
I do insanity, lift, walk run, the bike and elliptical and treadmill on an incline. I do insanity 5x a week and gym 4 days. I'm also a nursing mom.
That spreadsheet confuses me a bit
Did you stay on the Simple Setup tab? Which part?
4 stats you have memorized.
8 measurements you should have or be getting. (don't need to do skinfold)
Few estimates of time for your workouts compared to walking speed.
If lifting is not with sets, reps, and rests, it's not lifting, but high cardio. Everything else is some level of cardio.0 -
