BMF Link Bluetooth Quit Working?

My Bluetooth function stopped working on my armband today (I can still sync via USB). Called customer support and they couldn't get it to work either. They are sending me a new unit, thankfully. Gotta love customer support! Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    I've had a device since the big, huge bulky ones were out six years ago, and I had to get mine replaced twice last year! I wonder if they are getting cheaper. The bad thing is that they make you pay for return shipping! I actually sold my replacement on ebay this last time because it was right before the warranty was up and purchased a new one, so I would continue having a warranty. I hope your's does not die on you again like mine did.

    I still love the device, btw!
