30 day challenge

I want to complete 30 days of meeting 1200 calories or less. Everyday I will report day 1-day 30, if I mess up I will start all over. Anyone wants to join me, please feel free!

    Good job! It is hard staying at 1200 sometimes! I am trying really hard but most days I am 1200-1400. I will try your challenge!

    The point is to keep trying as this will give us a deficit for sure. Thank you for joining me as I want to tackle 3 lbs by the time I complete this challenge!

    I'm usually under my calorie goal for the day, but today I had pizza... Haven't had pizza in over a month... I was only 50 calories over, so that wasn't too terribly bad... It was a personal pan pizza (should've asked for a flat crust- thought about it after I received the pizza- oh well)... Anyway, I was only able to eat 3 out of 4 slices... A personal used to be no problem for me whatsoever... It's nice to see that my stomach has adjusted to my new lifestyle :-)

    I was over by 100 calories today, I will try again tomorrow though!!! I wouldn't have been over but it is my time of the month and I was craving chocolate so bad...so I caved and had a little! Lol.

    Me too! Give yourself credit despite 100 calories. You will still meet your deficit. The goal is to prepp, plan and stay within 1200. My scale is moving with my consistency. Let's keep it going once we hit 10 days, things get much easier. No exercise on my part as well.

    Keep up the good work... even 200 over is still below what your maintenance is, so you are still going to lose weight!!

    Do you count your exercise calories?? I add those in... I know that on the days that I exercise (like the past 30 days for the 30 Day Shred), I tend to eat more. I need the extra fuel. With those calculated in I still stay under 1200. The more work our body does, the more fuel we need for it!!!

    I don't count exercise as I have in the past 9- 12/12 n gained 3 lbs. I input my calorie as 1 calorie burn to avoid overeating and going over calories. This week, I have 2-3 days approx. 1400. Scale read 108.8 today, indication I am going over. Thank you for your sweet comments!
