Hi -- I suggested this in the previous thread, but just thought I would put it out there:

I really need accountability and a sense of making progress, and I was wondering if others might want to have an informal check-in on Saturdays. It could be for whatever goal you want (and, obviously, we could pick a different day of the week). The commitment would be just to keep up with it through the 60 days.

    This is a great idea, every Saturday we can all check in with our latest weights and a summary of how we went through out the week. We can talk about the good and the ad (temptations) and this way it'll help us stay on track :) fell free to let me know how you all feel about this :)

    It was Saturday yesterday and I weighed a huge 99kgs ... I need to lose all this fat and need to keep myself motivated !!!

    Was 62.7 kilos yesterday and would like to be 62.2 or 62 by next saturday. Would like to have a good week, have been good with food but need to concentrate on more exercise.

    I guess I should have posted my info yesterday.
    5'5 CW 174, would like to be 172 or 171 by next Sat. My goals for the week, run a total 6 miles and lift 3 days.

    Hi everyone :-)

    Today's weight 130 lbs
    This coming Saturday' goal: 12X... even if it's 129.9 lbs... I'll take it!
    60 day goal: under 125 lbs

    My goal for next week:
    Clean my house everyday for 1+ hour
    Walk 2+ miles a day
    Strict 1200 kcal

    I am going to zumba 3 days a week and I shoot for 20000 steps. I normal make it between 12-14k so I treadmill the rest. :)
