Here are my measurements from the end of December 2012 to this morning:

Hips down 3"
Chest up 3"
Thighs up 1"
Biceps up 1.5"
Belly button / love handles down 2.5"

I'm very pleased considering my food options were limited at my place of work with almost no vegetables or fruit for 4 months.
