i truly do not like eggs. ..oatmeal.....whey protein...or the bars what can you suggest i eat before and after when its my lift days

    Eat whatever you enjoy so long as it fits within your calorie, macronutrient, and fiber budget for the entire day. Meal timing before and after exercise is largely irrelevant unless you're doing some serious long distance aerobic training. If it is your personal preference to eat before a workout, I recommend anything that you find easy to digest like a banana, PBJ, gatorade, etc. It could really be anything.
