spotting after exercise

Does anyone else experiences spotting after exercise? sorry for the tmi in advance
I've been exercising regularly for 3 years and have lost almost 60lpd. I recently started exercising more intensely and have started spotting after. There is no chance I'm pregnant, still a virgin, I do have PCOS and am taking spironolactone which has regulated my periods. It only lasts for a day at the most and is very light that I don't need a pad but I do see it on toilet paper after urination. I have no pain with this spotting or while exercising except for normal cramps if I take to much water during exercise.
