ZWOW 51 Tone and Stretch

Hello fellow ZWOW warriors,

I just did ZWOW 51 and let me say it will make you sweat a lot! :ohwell: I found it to be very challenging and there's a lot of cardio involved!

Comments:
I'm glad I was able to finish this workout. Before I did this I did 2 rounds of ZWOW 61 Bruce Lee Abs Workout then went into this one, ZWOW 51. I was under the impression this would be a moderate stretching workout :noway: but in the end I would say this is very intense cardio!

This is what it consists of:
100 mountain climbers x2 ----I didn't know there'd be 200 mountain climbers!
100 in the beginning and 100 in the end! this is killer!
20 leg lifts x3
10 burpees x3 ---- I wasn't expecting burpees :ohwell:
10 dive bombers x2
50 squats x2

Concerns:
200 mountain climbers! That definitely increased my heart rate! I did 100 mountain climbers in the beginning and that depleted my energy which is why it was more challenging to do the rest of the workout especially the burpees. The workout ends with another 100 mountain climbers to make a total of 200. I drank lots of water during this workout!

Time:
This was my 3rd workout of the day so my timer's been running since, but I estimate around 22:00:00 minutes
