ZWOW 6
Hey all, I skipped a few Zwows because 1. I don't have the weights (any weights) which are used in the video and 2. My shoulder has been killing me, again, for the past few days and this one seemed less abusive to it. Rounds: 2.5 I kept up with Zuzana :) This one is nice and short, but, like all her workouts, effective.
Anyone doing the Power Cardio?
I kind of love these workouts. It's nice to have some structure and time limits. I'm considering making a spreadsheet to do something similar with the ZWOWs.
ZWOW 2
For this ZWOW, I don't have weights, I did divebombers instead of manmakers. Also, I totally had to do beginners for a lot of the reps. Time:16:42 Good luck :)

For this one, I did not use weights (as will be the case in all ZWOWs unless I fid some super cheap ones). I did, however, manage to do the correct forms for all reps. Time: 17:19 Note: Not a good idea to do these if you are recovering from stomach/digestive problems :sick:
