I kind of love these workouts. It's nice to have some structure and time limits. I'm considering making a spreadsheet to do something similar with the ZWOWs.

    No. I wanted to order it (since I live in Europe I was waiting) but then they announced the yoga series so I will order that one instead.

    Would love to do it though!
