Hey guys! I'm Dani I'm 23 years old from South Australia. Started on MFP in January to improve my diet and lose the 5kg or so I put on during uni. Now I'm coming to the point of moving from weight loss to maintainence, so looking to add some new, maintaining people to my friends list! I'll def be logging for a little while yet, so I'd love to be able to look at other people's diaries and see how they do things. I'm 170cm and 56kg, so people around those stats is a bonus, but I'll accept anyone who is maintaining and logs!

I have lost 25 lbs and maintained for almost 2 years. I am 5'5 and 130. I am medium framed and do strength train, which causes me to be a somewhat toned 130. I have an open diary. You are welcome to see what I am eating to maintain. You may friend request me if you'd like. Welcome to the States!0

I've been maintaining since November 2011. I don't "complete" my diary everyday, but I still log everything and my diary is open to friends.
My stats are different, 5'11" and 165 lbs (180 cm and 57 kg), but feel free to add me if you'd like to see. I maintain at 2150 Cal/day, although I am currently eating more than that as I'm trying to add muscle. I'm definitely more of a IIFYM/moderation kind of person because it works well for me and something I can do for the long haul.0 -

I maintaining and went as far as to delete my old mfp profile and have this new, fresh one as i wanted to put the old one behind me. i am 46 and lost 44kg about 98lbs. my diary is always open and i do it every day. anyone maintaining with open diary is welcome to add me. :flowerforyou:0

feel free to add me as well. i typically stay around 120...right now i'm up a few and i'd like to be under by a few for summer, so i'm back to eating at a deficit for a while. but i consider this true maintenance...there will still be some fluctuation.0

That's me! I'm currently 113.5. Just started maintenance this week, and i'm panicking about it. I don't want to lose or gain, so until I figure it out, I definitely need some support. I'm hoping to hover around 118 consistently. Feel free to add me!0

I am 50 , I lost 112lbs in 2 yrs and have been maintaining for about 6 mths.....feel free to add me I would love to have some friends in mainainence. It is just as hard as losing maybe harder0

I started switching into maintenance a couple of weeks ago, am planning to gradually increase my calories week by week so I can stay around the 55kg/120-ishlb mark (I'm 165cm/5'5"). I log every day and would love some fellow maintaining friends! Feel free to add me0
