So, weeks one and two finished already guys! Really hope I'm going to enjoy the next set of workouts as much. I assume it's going to get a little more intense from here. I think I'm going to watch workout 3 and 4 to get an idea, though you can never really tell how tough it is til you actually do it.0

Who else is still going and just finished week 3?
I'm getting a little disheartened because I've been plateauing for months and 3 weeks of JMBR hasn't seemed to move my weight at all (though I'm going to measure inches next week). But I actually look forward to the workouts so I feel like I'll keep going whether I'm losing pounds or not.
Oh, I'm getting sick of cardio 1 though lol. Glad there are only 2 left!0
