Hi everyone,
I have hypothyroidism and i have had trouble losing weight since puberty. I have tried various diets and none have seemed to work. I have made some headway with a vegetarian diet. However i do know that there are certain vegetables i should avoid such as kale(which i love  ) but i don't know any others. If someone could list them that would be great  . I just want to avoid anything that would be counteractive to what is finally working for me. Also if anyone has some at home workout tips that would be wonderful. Thanks everyone.

google goiteregenic foods. It should give you a good list. Most of the leafy greens and all from the cabbage family fit into this group. If you do not have a goiter or do not fit the criteria to have goiter you may be fine. There are lots and lots of vegetables to disclude in this group. I tried for a bit to try and optimize my metabolism but it didn't seem to help. If you have trouble finding it let me know.
  • ok i will check that out thanks so much
