I love curry, but I used to east it Thai style. We've eastern a lot more Indian style curry because it uses turmeric which is a natural anti-inflammatory. See: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12676044
I have read that grapefruit juice is also very good for this, but I haven't found multiple sources to verify and I can't definitively say I can tell the difference.
I love seafood, especially walleye, salmon, and halibut. I don't east much salmon but if a restaurant has either of the others I order it grilled.
