Do you all do this at home or do you go to the gym. Can it be done at home. I really want to start this program.

We have a mixture on this board of people with home gyms and other facilities. As long as you have the correct equipment you can do it at home.

Here's a link to one thread on the matter, but look through some of our old pages, I know quite a few ladies have done it successfully, but it will require equipment.

I do it at home. I found weights on Craigslist that were inexpensive. A few of the moves I have to do alternate versions because I don't have all of the equipment that a gym has, but those are few and I don't think it has impeded my progress.
