BR schedule??

Does anyone have a copy of the BR schedule they could scan and email over to me to print? I want to be totally prepared before I start

the workout schedule changes every 2 weeks. so basically phase one would look like this for the first two weeks:
M-workout 1
T-workout 2
W-cardio 1
Th-workout 1
F-workout 2
Sa-cardio 1
Su- rest day
the entire program follows the same type of schedule. phase one consists of workouts 1-4, phase two is 5-8, and phase three is workouts 9-12, with corresponding cardio videos.0 -

Did you check on-line...the one I have is in the book that comes with the program but it is two side-to-side pages per month.0
