Okay so my BMR is 1669, i weigh 87 kgs currently and wanna get down to 52 kgs slowly and keep it off, and I workout religiously which makes my TDEE around 2500, now i know i must be eating 2000 calories if i am targeting a 500 calorie deficit, but God knows i can not eat more than 1400-1500 calories
I have tried hard but of no help, what do i do? How do i fill up that calorie meter? If i try to go up 1500 calories I get the nausea feeling all day long the next day, please help

The easy way to add extra calories is to add a little more healthy fat. Olive Oil, almonds, avocados... add an extra snack or two. My target is around 2000 calories and I have no problem hitting that.0

I agree with Colleen on the healthy fat and trying add in an extra snack or two.
Another thing you can do is enlarge your portion sizes. Like, instead of eating a 4 oz piece of chicken, eat a 6 oz piece of chicken. Instead of 3 oz of shrimp, eat 6 oz of shrimp.
It does seem like a lot and you certainly don't want to feel nauseous. Increase slowly if you need to!0 -
Definitely healthier fats... Avocados, cooking with olive oil, eating real cheese, like the kind you buy from the cheese counter, nuts, basically everything the previous poster said.. feel free to add me.. I eat 1812 cals per day.0
