Just started BR Today!

Hi all,

I'm just getting back into the swing of things and decided to recommit myself by doing Jillians 90 day program. I've attempted (and never fully completed!) lots of the BeachBody programs. I've never before worked out to Jillian and was very glad I chose to take this on! Phase1-Day1 was in the bag at 5 this morning and now 14 hours later, I'm still aware how good a workout I got!

My ultimate goal is to lose about 45 lbs. I'm currently shooting for 20 over the next 4 months. I'm hoping you all can help me stay motivated!
