    I have lost weight 30 total but 16 since joining MFP. My butt sagging. Need to get it back up in place. Hope this helps to get it there.:smile:

    I am very excited to start the challenge, but i have a question Does it work out more than your butt area, how about the stomach area cause i actually need work on both

    I'm going to mix this with the 300 abs workout starting the 13th on top of my normal jog/pilates. Getting my butt and belly ready for bikins and beaches!!

    Im A guy and I used to lift weights all the time. Yesterday, my girlfriend and i took our kids out to eat for my birthday. when i saw my pic with my "HANGING" over my belt and my skinny legs, NO WAY ... NOT ANYMORE

    You actually need to do different exercises for your stomach. Maybe there's a crunch challenge in MFP?

    Maybe try mixing up a squat with another move? Like do a squat then when you come to a full standing position, bring your left knee up to meet your right elbow. Then do another squat, and switch. Right knee up to left elbow.
