Hi
I have been exactly doing what I should not be doing, Cardio Monster, eating far less calories thinking id lose fat. Its time to try something new. I have read the starter kit and already planned some menus. I used the suggested calculator to find my TDEE and cut. This offered me an option to have a specific amount of meals per day, between 3-8 and depending on what you chose it will give you your average amount of calories per meal.
My question if I may: my TDEE - cut worked out to be 1967 so if I have 4 meals a day that would be 491 per meal, is it suggested I split all my meals in this way? or is it accepted that I just eat my 1967 calories in a day regardless to the amount of meals or size of meals?
Many thanks in anticipation of advice. Lee (first day today and I feel satisfied and not grumpy)

Hi Lee
It doesn't make any difference how or when you eat your calories. Don't feel restricted to a certain number of calories per meal.
I personally am an evening eater, so I tend to save at least 50% of my calories for dinner and a desert. It's the only way that works for me.
Just eat them in a way that works for you and you will be fine.0
