Morning Everyone,

How did we do yesterday? I did 25 push-ups, today my aim is 30. I also got 15 glasses of water in.

Today's challenge:

* add at least one more push-up to the number you did yesterday
* let's work on our bums today - one an hour do bum clenches for 1min

Don't forget tomorrow we will submit our first set of measurements and our first weigh in (for those who want to weigh in)

Let's make today count!

    Great. I'm back in. Although I didn't do any push ups yesterday. I will do them today. And I'll work on clenches and drink my water. I am headed to the course to play a little golf. Have a great day!

    Great challenge! I fell asleep before I could get my push ups in yesterday (only got 3 hours of sleep Sunday) so will work on it a bit today and see how many I get in before bed.

    Iforgot the clenches. I did some before work, but not while there. but push ups are in!!
