So last night I went out and despite all my hang ups of people seeing me exercise, I did my first run. I'm not going to lie - it was hard but I've begun the programme and completed the first hurdle and that achievement alone feels amazing
. Any C25K newbies, or other supportive friends who understand the C25K challenges, please feel free to add me

That is an amazing success and a major milestone. Good job.
And, remember, the only person judging when you are out there is the person wearing your shoes. Everybody else feels supportive and inspired.0 -
I loooove seeing people outside exercising, I had to keep myself from rolling down the window and cheering on a 'bigger' runner last night. Of course, when I was a couch potato, I kinda hated them for making me feel bad about myself.
Congrats on becoming a runner.0 -
I just did my W1D1 workout, and it was great! Keep it up!0
