Hello Everyone,
I am new to MFP and I am loving it so much, I started my journey about 6 weeks ago on the Atkins diet, I lost 15lbs in the first 2 weeks.
After the two weeks I started on MFP to watch my calories due to not losing for two weeks.
My question is while using MFP app, I am under on my calories but over on my fat due to using Atkins Bars and shakes.
I was curious if I would continue to lose.
