Okay so on C1/D17 I was:
SW:170.9
CW:162.4
GW c1: 160.9

I took off 17DD on Sat/Sun/Mon. This morning:

SW:170.9
CW:167.4
GW c1: 160.9

I am embarrassed to even post this. I am hoping some of this it from salt intake and not enough water this weekend. My clothes do not feel tighter but wow! It just is amazing how quick the pounds come back when you eat carbs (for me). Starting my jogging program this week and JM 30 DS too. Hope to have a better posting on Thursday. I am going to wt in 1 day a week too but will check in every day.

    Day 2 30 Day Shred..sore but did it! Wt down a little...will post my weekly weight in tomorrow with measurements. This can be done!

    On D4 of 30 Day Shred; D1 C2 17DD; I will start full time hrs on Active Duty next week for 2 weeks so I have to plan out the food this weekend. Not much choice for lunch where I work (Grilled Chicken Salads)...but with the extra work and activity...plus a really nice gym hope to see good results the next 2 weeks.

    Went to picnic today (had some beer)...I am not a big drinker. But the weather was awesome and the beer was really cold. I ate what I wanted, but I did not pig out. Chased my little guy all over the picnic area and took a walk down the waters edge with him. We had a great time. It felt good to have loose pants on and not a big belly roll:). I like the JM 30 shred...it is working for me. Really cant claim D2 but want to keep recording what is going on.

    I think the exercise is helping with the drop in weight. Going to work on sticking with the 17DD today and it should be a good week! D6 of 30 Shred.

    Good Monday morning. Slowly coming back down. I know the exercise is helping. We can do this ladies! I think with working the next 2 weeks it will be easier to stay on C2...we will see:drinker:

    I can see the workouts every day are really helping with weight loss. I know working right now is good too. I don't bring money for vending machines, just a cooler with water, green tea, fruit and carrots. I am determined to see 160 and keep moving down! We are going to Disney in late May and I want to wear a decent swim suit this year!

    I think increasing the calories has helped. I looked at history and either I was way to high or way to low. Going to get my work out in today. We have training to that is physical today and tomorrow so going to find a category to count that. Need to work on increasing the water...I need more and just squeaking by. May be I will see 160 early next week:).

    I am finding I am not really sticking with 17DD right now (for breakfast I am and trying lunch n dinner). Just focusing on not over eating, eating as healthy as I can (not always easy). I am going to continue to post even if not 100 percent 17DD. I need the accountability and support THANK YOU:happy:

    Okay my training this morning with Navy was like someone spraying habanero pepper spray on your face and in your eyes...you got to run, hit, take someone down...I DID IT....IT HURT LIKE HE!! and I counted it as exercise! This started at 8am I finally got to eat at 1130...and I did not eat happy good food. A Club (oh did ask for wheat bread) I crack myself up... with fries and sweet tea....(did I reward myself with food?) Probably. I resume tomorrow.

    Oh brother...I am not sticking with this C2 well at all. I stayed on track at dinner..but had some wine last night. I did not work out after that pepper spray drill Friday even my wrist hurt. So today is Sunday...new day new start. I am wanting to go back to C1 cause I feel I was more disciplined on that...what do you think (just those on 17DD)?. Tomorrow I have to be at work at 6am..and run 1.5 miles so I know I will get exercise in tomorrow. Probably going to take my little guy for a 2 mile walk today (bike ride for him). I still believe by the end of this week I could be at 160 if I workout and stay on this journey. Thanks!

    Gina I have the same problem on cycle 2! It's just hard to stick to for some reason, but it's good for giving your body a break from C1. I definitely have no advice since my C2 was a crash a burn! But I am back on C1 today because its really the only cycle I lose on.

    Well (I believe it is called TOM) is here today...WOW what a gain! I did get my workout in...not a long one but did it. I crave chocolate so much during this time but this will pass. I am going to restart C1 next Monday. This training is wearing me down. Had to get up at 430 today for class and got home a 4pm. Tomorrow is 7am till ?? I wonder how many calories you burn shooting weapons at the range??.

    The same weight today...oh my old aching body. I know I was the only female and only 50 yr old female shooting today! You stand, squat and move around a lot to shoot at different ranges. I used the hunting, general for my calories burned 744. We will see on Friday when the bloating is gone where my weight is then. I tried not to eat crap...but ate high calories food today...and gave into a little ice cream today. Tomorrow exercise at 6am then the firing range again. Almost finished!

    Good bye TOM!!! Weight going back down.. I drank today okay I needed to unwind really tough 2 days with the shooting range. Did well, but every muscle in my body hurts...even my fingers go figure. Did work out this am at gym then off to the range. Ready to return to the civilian life!! Thanks for the words of encouragement and support. The accountability keeps me from the entire bottle of wine and full bag of chips:glasses:

    I have not posted in 2 days...just down right busy. No gain and did workout. I am going to restart on Monday with weight in and measurements. Going to restart JM 30 Shred and finish this time! We are on vacation soon and would like to be under 160 prior to that. One note: I can see that my ugly back fat twin rolls are GONE! So I may not be losing a lot of weight but toning up and fat a lot less there:bigsmile: Also got some guns going after all that PT and gun training....the shotgun and rifle are heavy...to me. Looking for the positive in this!
