So I have one last question(I promise lol) before I am set to go. I have upped my cals,started taking protein shakes(vegetarian) and lifting 3 times a week which I

I am confused about macros and how to set them on mfp.
I have a look around and some threads are not bringing up the links I want. I only have access to Internet on my iPhone at the moment so that could be it.
So I am 176 pounds body fat of 27% 5'9
I did a online cal and it gave me
Carb 160g protien 106g fat 39g does this sound right?

I would mainly focus on hitting my protein target of around 1g/lbs. Then adjust carbs and fat according to your likings. the general recommendation is 40/30/30 (c/p/f). Some people do that, so other favour carbs over fat or the opposite. I usually do a bit higher on carbs on my training days and a little higher on fat on my rest days. But again, that's my own preference.
By the way, your cals seem very very low for you stats...0 -
Thank you for that I will adjust them. I am just learning about all this there is a good bit to read lol hence all the questions. I have a good idea of a plan of action and will be upping my cals more. Thanks again0
