Hey you guys it's come to my attention again tat there is a criminal who is out on the loose who is for sure needing to be taking down his name is Muscle Chopper.He is known for robbing people of their muscle they work so hard to keep by encouraging you to starve yourself by not eating enough calories and doing crazy cardio and even if you do lose 5 or 10 lbs it could be some some fat along with some muscle.Ladies and men we need those muscles so we will take this person down by doing strength training 2-3 days a week.Starter set 10-12 reps per set per exercise to build up strength once you can easily do that then you want to start lifting heavy yes you wont bulk up trust me we don't have hormones like men do you will have a more tone body in the end.
