I am a happy bunny again
)
I started on MFP using their own calorie counts. As I lost weight it took me down to 1410 calories a day exercising twice a week.. Initially I lost 20lbs pretty quickly and then hit the plateau. After two weeks I recalculated TDEE-20% on scoobys which was 1730 cals and changed my exercise slightly. On this, I maintained for a further 4 weeks at the same weight.
After getting quite down about the whole thing, I had a look at fat2fit and worked out the same details and the figures were a bit less than Scoobys. Started this on Saturday and weighed in today and have dropped 1.3 kilos (2.8lbs) in the last week.
My overall opinion is that I ate too little on MFP and I wasn't eating back my exercise cals and lost weight too quickly. I now eat healthy meals and snacks and the weightloss has started again :oD
