Morning Everyone!

How did we do yesterday? My day was crazy and I didn't get my push-ups or cardio in :( I definitely see how my work affects my weight as I am up this morning on the scale.

Today's Challenge:

1. Add at least one more push-up to the number you did yesterday
2. Once an hour do 10 squats
